We did our best to make sure our basic human needs are met. 

You are what you eat! A fresh, balanced diet is the fuel for our entire physical and mental body. In order to be able to process the cognitive and emotional processes of the retreat, we have made every effort to provide you with the highest quality food. The power foods full of micronutrients are prepared on site and turned into lovely vegetarian meals, served with a lot of love by Marrit Vos – Creative Plant Based Cooking.

Our strength is to be found in serenity and peace. In order to be able to absorb the content of the workshops we want to make sure you are well rested and full of energy. Hence, peaceful sleep is important. There is no annoying street noise here that disturbs our sleep. Our program ends before midnight on all days, and we camp on the natural grounds right next to the Stöffel-Park.

Take a deep breath! The good Westerwald air is a real treat. There is hardly any particulate matter pollution here, so you can breathe freely and refuel with oxygen. There are also countless old trees in the retreat area, which not only conjure up a picturesque ambience, but also significantly reduce our stress level through their terpenes.

Natural grounds! An idyllic garden invites you to linger. The natural water source on the ground provides a welcome cooling and defragmentation of your thoughts. The smells, tastes and colors seduce the senses.
